Shipping Times

Each item is carefully inspected at our WOOA facility in South Korea before shipping, and full tracking is provided. Production and inspection take approximately 3 business days, which is not included in the shipping time. WOOA offers free worldwide shipping, which typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location.

Premium shipping option

For customers who wish to receive their order sooner, we offer a premium shipping option available at an additional cost. The exact surcharge varies by region and can be confirmed on the product purchase page. With premium shipping, delivery takes approximately 4 business days, excluding production time.

All orders are fully trackable. Once your item leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

At WOOA, each case is made to order especially for you. On your profile’s order status page, once your order shows as“Confirmed”, it means production has already begun and the order can no longer be canceled.
If your order is stillbefore the “Confirmed” stage, you may cancel it free of charge.
