WOOA Refund Policy
At WOOA, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and a seamless customer experience. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to resolve it and ensure your satisfaction.
Return Request Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at contact.wooa@gmail.com.
When submitting your request, please include photos of the defective or incorrect item along with a brief explanation of the issue.
Eligibility & Conditions
- Made-to-order policy: All WOOA products are made to order. Therefore, refunds are not available for change of mind.
- If a defect is found after you receive your item, we will issue a full refund at no additional cost.
- Returns without prior contact or without a stated reason will not be accepted.
- Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To avoid customs delays, please clearly mark the package as “Returned Item”.
Return Shipping Costs
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If, after inspection, the product is confirmed to be defective, WOOA will fully refund both the original purchase price and the return shipping cost.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. In that case, WOOA will cover the full return cost and issue a full refund.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at contact.wooa@gmail.com.
